DESCRIPTION:ESU 7 will host this training with Dr. Derek Ippensen on the
new AQuESTT Calculator\, a powerful tool designed to help schools use the
ir 2025–2026 data to project their AQuESTT classification status with gre
ater confidence. This session will walk district and building leaders thr
ough how the calculator works\, what data inputs are required\, and how t
o interpret projections to support proactive planning. Participants will
leave with a clearer understanding of how accountability indicators inter
act\, how small shifts in performance can influence overall status\, and
how to use these projections to guide strategic decision-making. This tra
ining is ideal for superintendents\, principals\, and data teams who want
to move from reacting to results to strategically forecasting and planni
ng for success. There is no cost for this event and their will be no stip
end paid for this event.\nFREE for those within ESU 7. Those outside of E
SU 7 will be charged a $50 materials fee.

SUMMARY:Transition reFresh: Collaborative Workshop
DESCRIPTION:***3rd Floor Meeting Room***\n\nTransition planning doesn’t h
ave to feel like a checklist of compliance hurdles. Transition reFresh is
designed to shift the focus from "paperwork" to "possibility." This is a
collaborative\, hands-on event where we strip away the "tech-speak" and
focus on building high-quality\, student-centered transition plans that a
 ctually work.\n\nThe Collaborative Spirit\nThis isn't your typical "sit a

vely create the materials used during the session.\nLead Together: We inv
ite anyone who wants to participate to help facilitate a section of the c
ontent. Whether you’re a veteran or a newcomer\, your voice helps make th
e content more grounded and practical.\n\nOur Approach: People First\, Po
licy Second\nOur slides and materials are structured to be approachable.
We start with the "why" and the "how-to" using plain language. Once we’ve
mastered the concept\, we’ll reveal the "hidden" Indicator 13 questions
to ensure our work meets all state and federal requirements.
