There’s Magic in Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing,
and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness practices can help
us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. During this
session, participants will learn how to access macro/mezzo/micro-opportunities for mindfulness and
create a plan for increasing positivity and mindful practices. |
