Relationships are an exchange of energy. We need those people who share enthusiasm and bring up
our energy level. Unfortunately, we also know people who drain our energy or leave us feeling
exhausted. These people who just “take” and don’t give support in return are sometimes called energy
vampires. If you would like to better understand energy vampires and are looking for strategies to deal
with them, this is the session for you! |
