| Description | | The New Principal Cohort supports new building leaders as they begin or transition into a new principal role. Through the cohort, you will receive support on a variety of topics including:
Building a vision and core values
Understanding the current culture and building the culture you desire
Teacher Evaluation and Feedback
Data collection and analysis
Hiring and retaining quality staff
Principal Professional Development
Leading Change
This will be an in person only event, and will be the kickoff event for the New Principal Cohort.
We will serve a late lunch. |
