| Description | | ***3rd Floor Meeting Room***
Transition planning doesn’t have to feel like a checklist of compliance hurdles. Transition reFresh is designed to shift the focus from "paperwork" to "possibility." This is a collaborative, hands-on event where we strip away the "tech-speak" and focus on building high-quality, student-centered transition plans that actually work.
The Collaborative Spirit
This isn't your typical "sit and get" professional development.
Build it Together: We will collaboratively create the materials used during the session.
Lead Together: We invite anyone who wants to participate to help facilitate a section of the content. Whether you’re a veteran or a newcomer, your voice helps make the content more grounded and practical.
Our Approach: People First, Policy Second
Our slides and materials are structured to be approachable. We start with the "why" and the "how-to" using plain language. Once we’ve mastered the concept, we’ll reveal the "hidden" Indicator 13 questions to ensure our work meets all state and federal requirements. |
