| Description | | The New Principal Cohort supports new building leaders as they begin or transition into a new principal role. Through the cohort, you will receive support on a variety of topics including:
Building a vision and core values
Understanding the current culture and building the culture you desire
Teacher Evaluation and Feedback
Data collection and analysis
Hiring and retaining quality staff
Principal Professional Development
Leading Change
This will be an in person only event, and will be the kickoff event for the New Principal Cohort. The Cohort meets three times a year in conjunction with Principal Clusters. ESU staff are also available to meet with you one-on-one and send out regular updates to provide tips and information as you transition into your first administrative role.
New Leader luncheon will be held during the lunch hour.
