Imagine a collaborative team that uses its time effectively and works through challenges together, where team members are engaged, share diverse perspectives, stay focused on common goals, and turn ideas into meaningful action. Join us at ESU 7 for the Adaptive Schools Seminar facilitated by Dr. Bess Scott. Adaptive Schools is the “how” of professional learning communities: how to behave in groups, how to lead them, and how to facilitate them to improve leading, teaching, and learning.
Adaptive Schools isn't your average professional learning. It's an interactive four days packed with tools and strategies to elevate your team's collaboration. Discover new ways to boost engagement, spark productive conversations, and make stronger decisions together. Learn strategies to engage conflict constructively and strengthen collaboration. Walk away from the four days ready to implement techniques to maintain focus, create positive momentum, and foster a resourceful, adaptive, and resilient
school environment. Participants include: Superintendents, Principals, SPED Directors, Curriculum Directors, Instructional Coaches, Teacher Leaders, or anyone who is tasked with leading teams of people through meetings, initiatives, and problem solving.
Title II-A stipends will be given to staff who are members of the ESU 7 Title II-A Consortium.
FREE for those within ESU 7. Those outside of ESU 7 will be charged a $50 materials fee.
