Join our Conversations Series, a workshop series inspired by the award-winning leadership program Fierce Conversations. This series is designed to equip early childhood administrators, owners, directors, and professionals with the tools to have candid and effective conversations that drive engagement, productivity, and strong relationships within your program.

Through this series, you will:
* Learn the core principles of Fierce Conversations and how to apply them in your early childhood setting.
* Discover strategies to navigate challenges, collaborate effectively with colleagues and families, and ensure everyone is aligned towards shared goals.
* Gain practical skills to have open and productive conversations that benefit both staff and children.

The series will cover the following topics (all workshops take place on Wednesdays):

August 7th, 2024: What is a Fierce Conversation? - Understand the core concept and its benefits for early childhood programs.

August 21st, 2024: Three Transformational Ideas - Discover key ideas that will shift your approach to conversations.

September 4th, 2024: 7 Core Principles of Fierce Conversations - Learn the foundational principles that guide effective communication.

September 18th, 2024: The Costs of Avoiding Uncomfortable Conversations - Explore the negative consequences of shying away from difficult discussions.

October 2nd, 2024: 6 Hallmarks of a Fierce Conversation & Content and Skills - Identify the key characteristics of Fierce Conversations and gain practical skills to put them into practice.

By participating in this series, you'll gain valuable communication skills that can be directly applied to your early childhood program, fostering a more positive and productive environment for both staff and children.
