Start with Talent, Finish with Strength is a strengths-based training designed to help early childhood professionals understand and embrace their unique talents. Through exploring your CliftonStrengths profile, you will gain insights into how your natural abilities can shape your approach to both personal and professional growth. This training will guide you in recognizing, accepting, and intentionally developing your talents into powerful strengths that support your work and personal fulfillment.

Lights and Shadows
Light and Shadow Play is a hands-on, engaging program for early childhood educators. Educators will develop a better understanding of the multitude of ways children learn through exploring lights and shadows. Educators will learn how to facilitate light and shadow play with children to extend and advance children’s learning.

Promoting Children's Success by Creating a Supportive Environment
Learn how to create a daily schedule and routine, maximize transitions throughout your day, and practice teaching directions to encourage prevention vs punishment. TWO OPTIONS: FAMILY CHILD CARE OR CHILD CARE CENTER

Trees & Me
Trees & Me is a curriculum designed to provide opportunities for young children to experience nature, with a focus on trees. Use this curriculum, designed for childcare providers and Preschool classroom teachers, to increase the quantity and quality of nature experiences with the children in your care. Participants will receive a copy of the curriculum as a part of the training.

Finger Gym
Fine Motor for Preschoolers! to learn more about the importance of fine motor development. You'll leave the training with fun activities to develop the fine motor skills preschoolers need for school success.
